Welcome to Knowhere, Spring Hill Restaurant & Bar. Recently opened on the corner of Upper Edward Street and Astor Terrace in Spring Hill, we are the new kids on the block. Every aspect of our venue is thoughtfully selected / prepared / innovated and executed.

Dry aged Steak Restaurant Brisbane / Smoked & Cured in-house

Knowhere features a dry-ageing fridge, where we carefully cure (over 28-60 days) steaks, lamb, pork and duck. Seasoned and prepped in-house by our experienced chefs, our dry-aged steaks are our focal point, and not to be missed. We’re calling it… The best Steaks in Brisbane!

Our bar? All Australian. All independent. We like to keep things local at Knowhere, so where possible we select only the best Australian products. 

We have carefully selected some of the best Australian vineyards and distilleries to feature on our drinks list, along side a unique selection of craft beers from local brewers, some only as far as down the road.
